Format: one zone per line — SYMBOL, low_price, high_price, label (optional)
Lines starting with # are ignored. A symbol alone just adds it to the watchlist.

Example:
AAPL, 195, 200, support zone
TSLA, 240, 260, consolidation band
NVDA, 900, 950
MSFT

Ticker: type the stock symbol once, then paste all ranges below — one per line.
Ranges are detected automatically from formats like 195-199, 195–199, or 195 to 199.
Anything after the numbers on the same line becomes the label.

Example for NVDA:
195-199 小 support
175-192 强 breakout right
151-161 强
136-145 强

Copy this into a spreadsheet or text file, edit your prices and notes, then paste back into the Import tab.
Merge import adds/updates stocks without removing ones not listed. Replace all clears everything first.
